Apostle Anna P. Fulcher

Anna P. Fulcher, a native of Jacksonville, N.C,  was born January 8, 1955 to Archie Lee Fonville and Mamie
Fonville. She attended Silverdale Elementary, Jacksonville Junior High, and White Oak High School where
she graduated in 1973. She accepted Jesus Christ at the tender age of ten in 1965.

Apostle Fulcher has attended Coastal Carolina Community College, Shaw University in Raleigh, NC, Agape
Bible College in NC, and New Covenant Bible College in Ayden, NC. Many years have passed since
Apostle Fulcher heard the "call to battle." She received her minister's license in January of 1978. In 1983
she was ordained as a minister. She pastored at Praise Baptist Church from 1985-1988. Realizing God had
equipped her for the journey, Apostle Fulcher embarked from the shore and launched into the deep. She
began traveling throughout the world evangelizing, singing and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is a
former member of a community church, Marshall Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.

She now pastors Greater Shekinah Glory Full Gospel Ministry since 1996, where she was the founder and
is the overseer. She is also the overseer of Praise and Power Church located in Warsaw, NC. She
received a degree in Biblical Studies in June of 2005. Apostle Fulcher also carries a legacy of outstanding
leadership and community outreach. She is totally subject to the obedience of the Spirit of God and has
endeavored to do his will through the power of his might.

She is the wife of Milton Fulcher and they have three beautiful children; Carmella, Naomi, and Sheldron.
